What is the METOCHECK Mini-Scope?
The METOCHECK Mini-Scope is a handheld digital microscope. It doesn’t have an eyepiece so you don’t look into it. Instead, the METOCHECK Mini-Scope connects to your computer through its USB port.
You see the image right on your computer screen. Everything you see can be saved on your hard disk The optional measuring software allows precise measurement of distances, angels, surfaces, diameters etc. and turns your Mini-Scope into a precise low-budget measuring microscope.
The easy usage and tiny light weight design make the Mini-Scope as ideal digital microscope at your workstation whenever a quick and uncomplicated view of details (incl. measures) is needed. It will not substitute but assist expensive lab equipment by reducing lab work and making decisions faster. What can you look at with the METOCHECK Mini-Scope?
How about PCB (populated or bare), films, inner layers, surfaces of any materials, material examination, precision parts and components; security marks, trace widths, etched parts, flexographic printing plates (dot size). Not only for industrial use: The low budged Mini-Scope is ideal for Hobby, work at home, school, study, seminars etc. Just imagine to read the tiny letters in CD-songbooks or manuals in big letters on your monitor, see details of stamps, coins, insects, fabric, jewels, electronics - there is no end to uses for your METOCHECK Mini-Scope. The METOCHECK Mini-Scope let you view objects at 40x and 140X magnification. The single slider controls both magnification and focus at once.
The compact design with built-in lighting means there are no extra parts to lose or to leave behind. And because the METOCHECK Mini-Scope works with a laptop computer, you can take it anywhere you want to get a close up view. Take it directly on to the production floor. With the METOCHECK Mini-Scope, you don’t just see, you also record. Save still images or movies with labels and markers that you place right on the live picture. You can even draw on the picture to point out the important features. Then print or e-mail that picture or add it to a report. The optional measuring Software Toolbox-Pro provides precise measuring of the details in the image.
